The app will be an integrated solution with all the necessary tools to support clients while the academy offers expert support and training. The Company’s vision is to evolve property management and maintenance to be smarter, accessible, agile, and future-focused. Its mission is to guide clients towards transformation and innovation across the real estate spectrum based on six fundamental pillars that include advanced automation, enhanced security, advanced data analysis, artificial intelligence, management optimization, and intelligent platforms.

Meet The Founder & CEO 

​Nicolas has established himself as a visionary leader in the real estate sector, known for his ability to identify high-potential opportunities and transform them into successful developments. His strategic approach combines financial acumen with operational excellence, allowing him to consistently deliver exceptional results even in challenging market conditions.

Throughout his career, Nicolas has successfully led projects valued up to €35 million, demonstrating his capacity to manage complex developments while maintaining strict quality standards and financial discipline. His comprehensive understanding of the entire real estate value chain enables him to oversee projects from acquisition through development and into long-term asset management.

Nicolas holds a Master's degree in Sales Strategy and Business Intelligence Consulting from ICD Business School and has completed advanced studies in Project Management at London South Bank University.
